What inspired you to pursue veterinary medicine?
I wanted to be a vet since I was 5 years old like most it was something I was always passionate about and stuck to it!
What's your favorite part of your day?
Anytime I’m in the surgical suite that is my happy place!
What are your interests in veterinary medicine?
Surgery, surgery, surgery. I like some internal medicine; future career path is entrepreneurship and become debt free as fast as possible!
What are your hobbies (outside of veterinary medicine)?
I love all things fitness related- from running 5k‘s to teaching Zumba. I enjoy it all.
Tell us about your pets
I have a Maltipoo named pepper who is 10 years old that I share with my family.
What's been your favorite part of this journey?
Trying to navigate my place in vet med. Sometimes your path isn’t clear right away but eventually you will figure it out and find your way- some sooner than others. But just enjoy your journey and take it one day at a time.
