More About Hope Veterinary Oncology Services
Hope Veterinary Oncology Services is a non-corporate, semi-mobile practice that was established to fill a void in veterinary medicine.
When referred to a specialist, pet parents often face long wait times, long commutes and even being denied care due to lack of capacity or staff. The team at Hope Veterinary Oncology Services is excited to fill that gap, by minimizing these obstacles. We bring veterinary oncology care to the patient and our highly efficient system and team enable us to see new consults within 1 week of initial contact.
In addition, we strive to maintain our fun, inclusive and supportive working environment for the entire team. We all genuinely enjoy working with each other, and love what we do.
We give back by hosting an annual CE event that raises money for The Molly Moo Foundation, a non-profit organization dedicated to improving the mental health of veterinary health care workers and the people they serve.
Need emotional support? We work closely with a local social worker, Susan Curtis, LICSW to support us and our patient’s families in areas including burn out, compassion fatigue, anticipatory grief, “regular” grief and so much more.
