In this session, we will open our minds and hearts up to the power behind further developing the practice of mindfulness and non-attachment to rid yourself of everyday stressors and enhance the quality of your experiences. If you are wanting to hone your intuition, create the space and give yourself permission to rest, while mitigating negative feelings, this interactive workshop is for you.
Renee Machel is a nationally renowned wellbeing speaker, certified personal coach, and a CYT 200 yoga instructor, guiding people in the practices of mindfulness or meditation. She is the co-founder of Get MotiVETed which aims to provide a positive impact on people’s wellbeing and enhance the culture within organizations. As a thought leader and content creator she sheds light on the solutions people have available to them to manage their wellbeing. She has spent nearly 20 years in the veterinary industry as a hospital leader and veterinary technician. She shares her personal story of overcoming wellbeing struggles and key teachings in managing personal and professional development with wellbeing at the forefront. She charismatically merges her experiences, with age-old wisdom and modern scientific knowledge into programs that resonate with various audiences. She lives in NC with her blended family, welcoming their newest addition in the spring of 2020, and of course, her fur-kids Eli & Penelope. Both her and her fiance are entrepreneurs. Renee oves water and enjoys being outdoors, in the sun and nature, spending many family weekends racing motocross.
